Exchange policies
WALKERA guarantees that subject to the following conditions, exchange can be requested within 7 working days of the purchase date (subject to actual date the product was received). Please contact Walkera or an Walkera authorized agent/dealer that you purchased from or your nearest Walkera official after-sales service center for more details of the services:
1. Exchange can be requested under one of the following conditions:

Product has sustained damage in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked with the presence of the courier. The picture need to be took and kept to proof the damage.
- Manufacturing defect(s).
If the above two situations were confirmed in the Wakera checking after the exchanging goods received, Walkera does the change at once; if not, please refer to the free or paid repair policy.
2. Exchange can not be requested under one of the following conditions:
- Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit with the presence of the courier.
- Refund or exchange is requested after 7 working days of purchase (since the actual date the product received).
- roduct sent in for refund or exchange not including all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or with damage on any part of the product.
- Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to be provided, or have been forged or tampered.
- Product held no manufacturing defects after testing made by Walkera Technical Support.
- Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation.
- Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to: fire, flood, high wind strength and lightning strike.
- Products purchased from an unauthorized agent/dealer.(retail price is lower than our MAP price)
3. Miscellaneous

For exchanges, only the defective parts will be replaced; if the main engine fault just replaces the main engine; if the motor fault, just replace the motor. Other parts will not be replaced.

Products shipped to the warehouse must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. We will not be liable for poor packaging and/or lost or uninsured products.
